Could you please tell me the exact version of Microsoft Office that you purchased?

If Microsoft Office was purchased but has not appeared on the PC yet, check these places first:

1. Go to Microsoft account > Services & subscriptions and sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the purchase. If Office appears there, select Install.
2. If it was bought through Microsoft Store, go to Order history at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, find Microsoft Office, select Product key/install, then select Install Office.
3. If the purchase was a retail or online product key purchase and it has not been linked to an account yet, go to https://setup.office.com, sign in or create a Microsoft account, and enter the product key. When the account is linked successfully, the My Office Account page shows an install button.
4. If the confirmation email contains an Install Office option, use that.
5. If Office does not show as active under the account used to sign in, the purchase may be linked to a different Microsoft account.

If the PC came with Office preinstalled and it was paid for with the device, there may be no printed product key. In that case, a digital product key is transmitted to the PC when Windows is activated.
