Outlook Mobile cannot send meeting‑related email. Normal email sends fine. RSVP acceptance does nothing.

Outlook Mobile cannot send meeting‑related email. Normal email sends fine. RSVP acceptance does nothing. I’ve already removed ActiveSync, reset Outlook Mobile, cleared calendar storage, and tested with a new calendar. I need a mailbox‑level calendar permissions reset.”
