Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Dear @CS-6543
At present, Outlook does not provide a setting to customize the hover preview or add attendee information to the pop-up card. The tooltip is limited to basic meeting details, and attendee lists can only be viewed by opening the meeting item (or using features such as the Scheduling Assistant or Tracking page).
Regarding future plans, according to my research, Microsoft has not published any roadmap item or announced plans to add attendee information to the calendar hover preview.
I also agree that being able to see the invited attendees directly from the calendar hover pop-up would be a useful enhancement and would make it much easier to quickly review meeting details without opening the appointment. To ensure your feedback reaches the right teams, you can submit your feedback directly to Microsoft Ideas · Community, where the product development team can know your requirements and ideas for product improvements. If enough users raise ticket for the same idea, Microsoft may consider adding this feature in the future.
Please note that, the community members and the Microsoft product development team are separate. Therefore, for features suggestions or design queries, users need to submit feedback to the Microsoft product design team from their side. Once a user sends feedback through the above means, it will be sent directly to Microsoft and routed to the relevant product team so that can review it to do specific development in product services.
