Offer full list of charms in Outlook Personal

Could you advise if there are plans to improve the user experience of Outlook Personal by offering the full and comprehensive list of charms available in the appointment edit menu. I use charms and categories extensively to differentiate different types of bookings sitting within categories for the same actitity type or location but the Charm menu offered is not the full list, only discovering different charms upon typing key words associated with that charm.

The problem with finding these hidden charms also arises when you start rewriting the appointment label - if the keyword is removed "Dog" for example, the dog charm disappears and is not found listed on the curetn charm menu available.

Can the full charm menu be offered and expanded, or offered as an opt-in option?

Thank you for explaining how the limited charm list affects your calendar organization.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot confirm future development plans or make changes to Outlook.com.

Currently, some calendar charms are available only when Outlook recognizes related keywords in the event title. Consequently, removing the keyword may also remove the associated charm, and there is no documented setting to display the complete collection.

Your proposal for an expanded or optional full charm menu would therefore be best submitted as feature feedback:

1. Sign in to Outlook.com.
2. Select Help in the upper-right corner.
3. Scroll down and select Feedback.
4. Describe the requested full charm gallery and include the examples provided in this post.

Microsoft uses the feedback option for suggestions about new Outlook functionality. I hope this option will be considered for a future Outlook.com update.
