Unable to access my Azure account

Question

Hello Team,

Please i need an urgent help, this issue has been ongoing for almost a year and anytime it happens, it can be very frustrating. While I was working on my Azure environment this evening, i got logged out due to session time out, when i tried to log in , it shows me that I do not have access to sign in except if I contact my admin, thereby showing me this sign in page with Firebrand training on it.

Few years ago, I signed a contract with Firebrand training as an Independent contractor, and my Gmail was the same account for my Azure account using my MCT ID is the same email i used in communicating with them. I do have an official account with them before it was deactivated.

Throughout my period of an active contract with them,I never delivered a session for them, so I am surprised at how my Azure account got linked to their Tenant.

I have tried many times to get help from them, perhaps, speak with their IT team if there could be any help but all to no avail.

Currently now I have a couple of web apps on my azure which i am using for an ongoing task, and I have been strugglibg to get pass the access issue for some hours.

I will appreciate if anyone can help me out this. The screnshot of the error has been attached.
