paid for subscription but won't let me us on my MacBook Air

I was up for renewal in May but just paid beginning of this week for Microsoft 365 family but can't use on my MacBook Air keeps asking me to subscribed when I go into word getting frustrated

want to speak to a person if possible as im slightly technologically challenged

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | Other | MacOS
