Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

May I please know whether you have an active Microsoft 365 subscription? The OneDrive restore feature is available only with a Microsoft 365 subscription.

If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, either Personal or Family, you can restore OneDrive by visiting this link: https://onedrive.live.com/

    • Open the link in an incognito tab and sign in with your Microsoft account.
    • In the top-right corner, select Settings > Options > Restore OneDrive.
    • On the restore page, you can choose a custom date or restore directly to one week ago or three weeks ago, then click Restore.

For a personal OneDrive account, there are two supported ways to get back to a version from 2 weeks ago:

    1. Restore a single file to an earlier version
      • If the file is synced to the PC with the OneDrive sync app, open File Explorer.
      • Right-click the file.
      • Select Version history.
      • Select the ellipses (...) next to the version from about 2 weeks ago.
      • Select Restore.
      • That version becomes the current version.
    2. Restore the entire OneDrive to an earlier time
      • This is available only with a Microsoft 365 subscription.
      • Go to the OneDrive website and sign in with the correct personal account.
      • Select Settings > Options > Restore your OneDrive.
      • Choose a date such as Custom date and time and select a point from 2 weeks ago.
      • Review the activity chart and activity feed.
      • Select Restore.

    Important details:

    • For personal Microsoft accounts, Version history lets files retrieve the last 25 versions.
    • Restore your OneDrive can undo actions from the last 30 days.
    • Files or folders created after the restore point are moved to the OneDrive Recycle Bin.
    • If a file was permanently deleted from the OneDrive Recycle Bin, it cannot be recovered.

If the support page keeps redirecting instead of opening Restore your OneDrive, use Version history for the specific file first. If the goal is to roll back the whole OneDrive, that requires Microsoft 365 on a personal account.
