I have a specific section in the OneNorte app that does not load up entirely.
I have signed into the OneNote and OneDrive app using my work account.
The OneDrive web when signed into using my personal account lets me view the entire section that does not load up in the computer
I have signed out of OneDrive app and signed in using the work account in the OneDrive app
The specific file seems to have issues with the sync, still.

The file however, seems to open and load the entire contentin the OneNote app on other devices.
There is no issues with my account and I have the Office apps activated using the business subscription.

I would greatly appreciate any help with regards to this and I am looking forward to hear any thing that could work with regards to the issue I am currently facing.

Thank you!

    Dear @kechler polycarpe,

Thank you for providing the detailed information. I understand how frustrating it can be when a specific OneNote section does not load completely on one device while it works correctly elsewhere.

Based on what you've described, the notebook and account appear to be functioning normally, as the section can be viewed successfully in OneNote on other devices and through the web version. This suggests the issue may be related to the local OneNote synchronization cache or the connection between the desktop app and the notebook.

In this case, could you please try the following steps?

1.Open the notebook in OneNote for the web and confirm that all content is visible.

2.Close the affected notebook in the OneNote desktop app.

3.Return to the web version, open the notebook, and select Open in OneNote to re-establish the connection between the desktop app and the cloud notebook.

4.In OneNote, go to File > Info > View Sync Status, then select Sync Now for the affected notebook.

Untitled 5.Check whether OneNote displays any sync errors, warning icons, misplaced sections, or conflict pages.

6.Sign out of OneNote, fully close all Office applications, restart the device, and then sign back in using the account associated with the notebook.

Additionally, I recommend reviewing and following the troubleshooting steps in the article Fix issues when you can't sync OneNote, as it contains several targeted troubleshooting methods for scenarios where a notebook, section, or page does not fully sync or load in the OneNote desktop app. This includes checking sync status, reopening the notebook from OneNote for the web, recreating affected sections, and addressing potential sync conflicts.

If you encounter any difficulties while following the steps above, please let me know which step you are having trouble with, and I'll be happy to clarify further.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation, and I look forward to your update.
