Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
I understand your concern. Unfortunately, I don't have direct access to your Microsoft 365 tenant, so I'm unable to verify the configuration myself. To investigate, I recommend having a Microsoft 365 administrator check again whether the Exchange Online service is active and the associated subscription is in good standing.
- Step 1: Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Go to Billing > Your products > Confirm the Microsoft 365 subscription is Active and includes Exchange Online.
- Step 2: For the account with the domain @sportaccessfoundation.org.au: In to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Go to Users > Active users > Search for the mailbox > Confirm the account: Exists, Is not blocked from sign-in, and has a valid Exchange Online-enabled license assigned
- Step 3: Open Exchange Admin Center > Recipients > Mailboxes and confirm the mailbox is present.
If the issue still persists, administrator can remove the license currently assigned to the user, wait a few minutes for the change to process, and then reassign the license that includes Exchange Online. Once the license has been re-added, allow some time for provisioning to complete and then test access to Outlook and email delivery again.
I hope the information shared is helpful. Please try again and if the issue persists after the license has been reassigned, please provide any error messages or screenshots that appear when accessing the mailbox.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. I'm looking forward to your update.
