My laptop screen is not showing a vertical scroll bar when I open e-paper .How to resolve this

    Open the Settings App.

    Go to Accessibility - Visual Effects.

    Enable the 'Always Show Scrollbars' setting in there.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC to apply the change and check if that resolves the problem.
