    Hi Milly M

Based on you thread's tag that you are using Business Microsoft 365 subscription (Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise), you can try to summit support ticket via Admin Center (for Global admin only):

    • Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
    • Select the Help & support (headset) icon. If Support Assistant is enabled, turn it off > Type contact support in the search box > Select Contact support, then choose Phone or Email to submit your request.

If this is a Personal Microsoft 365 subscription (Microsoft 365 Family or Personal). you can contact Microsoft Support by going to Contact - Microsoft Support > type "Support" and click Get Help > click Sign in to contact support at the bottom of the > page under Products & Services, select Microsoft 365 & Office > under Subcategory, select Support > choose Chat with a support agent in your browser

    I hope this information helps.

To request a refund and contact Microsoft Support for repeated Microsoft 365 charges:

    1. Check the charge in the Microsoft account used for the subscription:
      • Go to Order history to review purchases.
      • Go to Services & subscriptions and look for Microsoft 365.
      • If there are multiple Microsoft accounts, check each one.
    2. If the charge is unrecognized, use Manage your payments in the Microsoft account dashboard to investigate it.
    3. To check refund eligibility for Microsoft 365, cancel the subscription first:
    4. Important billing note:
      • If cancellation was done too close to the billing date, a charge may still occur. Cancellations must be made more than 2 days before the billing date.
    5. To reach Microsoft Support:
      • Go to Contact Microsoft Support
      • Enter the billing problem and select Get Help.
      • If more help is needed, select Contact Support to be routed to the best support option.
    6. If the subscription was purchased through Google Play, Apple App Store, or a third-party retailer such as Amazon, cancellation and refund must be handled through that seller instead of Microsoft.
