    Hi frybenshii12

It sounds like Windows is detecting the controller as a generic Android/ShanWan gamepad instead of an Xbox 360 controller.

    Try:

    1. Disconnect the controller.
    2. Open Device Manager.
    3. Uninstall any Android Gamepad, ShanWan, or unknown controller entries (check Delete driver if available).
    4. Restart the PC.
    5. Reconnect the controller.

If it still shows as an Android/ShanWan device, test it on another PC. If the same thing happens there, the controller itself may have developed a fault or switched modes. Since it's only 4 months old, you may also want to check the seller's warranty options.
