I was using Legacy Outlook (Microsoft 365 Subscription) and it was working fine but when I switched to New Outlook it crashed and now does not open.

    Hi,

Have you tried opening Outlook by pressing SHIFT key and trying to open?

    Method 2:

    1. Quit Outlook.
    2. In Finder, press Command + Shift + G and go to:

    ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/

Locate the Outlook-related folders (particularly those associated with New Outlook) and move them to the Desktop as a backup.

Launch Outlook again. If it opens, you can sign back into your account.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.
