Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to request your assistance regarding my Windows operating system product key.

The Windows operating system was already installed on my computer, but I have unfortunately lost the product key. I would like to know if it is possible to recover or retrieve the original product key associated with my device.

Please let me know what information you need from me, such as the device serial number, purchase details, or any other information required to verify ownership. I would appreciate your guidance and support in resolving this issue.

If you are experiencing activation errors, what happened to your PC before the problem occurred.

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog

Please provide a screenshot of that app window and please hide any product key that may appear in the screenshot.
