Additional sign-in or account-related issues within Microsoft Teams for business
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on the error message shown in the screenshot:
"You don't have the required permissions to access this org. Talk to your IT admin for more info or switch to another account."
This issue is typically related to account permissions or licensing assigned by your organization's Microsoft 365 administrator.
To resolve this issue, please contact your organization's IT Administrator and ask them to verify that:
Your account has been assigned the appropriate Microsoft 365/Teams license.
Your account is enabled for Microsoft Teams access.
You have the required permissions to access the organization (tenant).
Once the necessary license and permissions have been assigned, please sign out of Teams and sign back in to test the connection.
If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.
If the issue persists after your administrator has verified the licensing and permissions, please let us know and we will be happy to assist further.
Thank you again for your time and understanding. I really appreciate your patience, and I'm here to help. Looking forward to your response.
