New Outlook | Writing New Email | Scroll Down and Archiving on its own...

When I write an email in the new Outlook things will almost happen on their own accord, mainly, as I am typing away the email will randomly archive. More irritatingly, as I am typing, the page will randomly scroll down.

To help narrow down the cause, could you please provide the following information?

1. What version of New Outlook are you using?
2. Does the issue occur also when replying or forwarding?
3. Is this happening with all accounts or only a specific mailbox?
4. Does the behavior occur consistently, or only intermittently?
5. Are you using:
   • An external keyboard or mouse?
   • Any keyboard macro/remapping software (AutoHotkey, PowerToys, Logitech Options, Razer Synapse, etc.)?
   • Any third-party Outlook add-ins?
6. When the issue occurs, does the text cursor disappear from the compose window or move to another area of Outlook?
7. As a test, could you temporarily disable Outlook keyboard shortcuts and check whether the issue continues?
8. Can you reproduce the issue in:
   • A new Outlook profile
   • Another Windows user profile
   • Safe mode/clean boot environment
9. Do you notice any other unexpected actions besides archiving, such as:
   • Message deletion
   • Cursor jumping
   • Focus moving to the message list
   • Automatic scrolling to quoted message content
