Account hacked, how can I get it back

Someone these days stole my microsoft account and kicked me out changing the email, I already sent the account recovery form and suspended temporarly the account, but I want to have it back, in that account I have important things that I want back

Account recovery is an online automated process, even if you are able to contact Microsoft Support, they cannot recover your account, they can only refer you to the account recovery form.

This forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, I wish I had better news,, when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated data like the Email... etc., then that account is usually no longer recoverable, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.

If the account was already suspended and the recovery form was submitted, the remaining recovery path is to wait for the recovery decision email and keep using the official recovery flow.

1. Check the working email address that was entered on the recovery form. Microsoft sends the result within 24 hours.
2. If Microsoft verifies the account, instructions to sign back in are sent to that same working email.
3. If Microsoft cannot verify the account, the form can be submitted again, up to two times per day.
4. When submitting again, include as much detail as possible. Wrong guesses do not count against the request. Helpful details can include:
   • old passwords used on the account
   • exact email subject lines
   • contacts previously emailed from Outlook.com or Hotmail.com
   • Skype ID, contacts, or recent Skype purchase details
   • Xbox console hardware ID from a frequently used console
5. If two-step verification was turned on and none of the alternate verification methods are accessible, the account cannot be recovered through support. Support agents are not allowed to send password reset links or change account details.
6. If the account is recovered, immediately secure it:
   • run a full antivirus or malware scan on the PC before changing the password
   • change the password
   • review account settings such as connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies
   • review recent sign-in activity on the Security basics / Recent activity pages
   • add another way to sign in or verify identity on Advanced security options
