BUSINESS MARKED PERMANENTLY CLOSED INCORRECTLY

Somehow my company is marked as PERMANENTLY CLOSED. The system is not allowing me to resolve the issue when the next step is to continue with a text, mail and the 3rd option. It is grayed out.

This is ridiculous and time consuming with no resolution.

I need this fixed now
