What specific issue are you having with Excel? Please share any error messages you are receiving.
When did the issue start, and did you make any changes to your subscription before the issue occurred?
Also, are you using a Windows device or a Mac?

press windows + R type : excel / safe .
if is not helpful then repair office. press windows key type settings in search then go to apps-> installed apps-> search office then click ... from their select advanced options-> go to repair. once repair done restart your pc. then try to open excel . once done give your feedback.
