How can I move my child account to another parent one?

Hiii, I have an issue considering my account (I’m 13 going on 14). So my child account has parental controls as most child accounts do, however these were set my father. However my father died two years ago and nobody (by nobody I mean my mother) can get into his parent account to remove my parental controls from my account and my mother’s account isn’t apart of the Microsoft family thingy. Is there anything I/my mother can do to move my account to be under her account? She’s really frustrated and I’d like to console the internet first before we both give up. She’s managed to get my brother’s account under hers but my brother’s account uses her email however so I’m not sure there’s much I can do besides get a new account. Can someone really tech-savvy give me any advice please? Thank youuuu

What I would like to recommend here is to start an online chat via https://support.microsoft.com and click on Contact Us. Follow the instructions on screen until you get to a person (you could try selecting the option for more help). Once there explain the issue and they should be able to help you.

You'll more than likely need to provide proof of relationship with the parent account to support before they can help.
