Since you are a business customer, you should be able to contact business phone support. Go to the "Business" category at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/support/.

    Hi @Peter,

Could you share a few more details about the issue?

    • What Microsoft 365 license or subscription did you purchase? (Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, Personal, Family, etc.)?
    • Did you purchase it directly from Microsoft or through a reseller/partner?
    • What exactly happens when you try to access the account? Are you receiving any error message or error code? Could you provide a screenshot of the error (with any personal information removed)?
    • Can you sign in and use Office on the web successfully with the same account?

Please understand that I'm just a fellow community member and do not represent Microsoft. However, I'd genuinely like to help if I can. With a bit more information, I can either help you troubleshoot the issue further or help identify the most appropriate support channel for your specific situation.

I look forward to hearing more details from you.
