My Minecraft education edition is working it keeps on saying: Please check your network settings and try again. [2604]

When i first got mincraft education, it was percfectly fine, but then on my MacOS desktop, i made a new user, i downloaded minecraft education, but everytime i try to sign in, i put every single detail, it always says the same thing, Please check your network settings and try again. [2604]
can someone please explain?
