Missing AI Skills Fest 2026 Exam Voucher - Attendance Verification Needed

Hello,

I participated in the AI Skills Fest 2026 and used the exact same email address for the event registration as my current Microsoft Learn Profile.

The voucher distribution window closed on July 10, 2026, but I have not received a winning confirmation email or a voucher code in my inbox or spam folders. Additionally, when checking the "Discounts" tab under my Microsoft Learn Credentials profile, no event discount is appearing.

I am hoping to use the voucher for either the AI Business Professional (AB-730) or the AI Transformation Leader (AB-731) exam. I still have my original AI Skills Fest registration confirmation email ready to provide as proof of attendance.

Could a support moderator please open a private message to collect my registration details so they can manually verify my event participation and voucher eligibility status?

    However you are probably out of time as exams must be booked by August 12th
