Hi Microsoft Rewards Support Team,
I recently redeemed 8,050 points for a ₹500 PVR Cinemas Gift Card.(Order No: 84233589-a190-4e12-87ff-12b6e1addaf1).
When attempting to use the card on the PVR payment checkout, the system returns an error stating: "Voucher number does not exist please recheck".
I have double-checked the numbers for typos and tried applying the code across different voucher fields on PVR, but the system repeatedly rejects the card number as invalid/non-existent.
Could you please verify the status of this gift card, reactivate it, or issue a replacement code/refund of points?
