Dear Microsoft,

My AZ104 certification was renewed successfully and should still be valid untill: April 3, 2027, however it is not visible in my profile.

Congratulations! You successfully renewed your Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification. Its expiration date is now April 3, 2027 (UTC). When your certification is eligible for renewal again (six months before its expiration date), we'll send you a reminder email.

Can you please check and get back to me on this?
Thanks and regards,

Volkan.

If the renewal was successful, the certification expiration date should update immediately on the Microsoft Learn profile. If the certification is still not visible, use this checklist:

    1. Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile.
      • Missing certifications are commonly caused by signing in with a different account than the one used for the exam or renewal.
      • If multiple Learn profiles exist under different login accounts, try the other account used for certification activity.
    2. Check the Certifications section in the Learn profile.
      • Open the Learn profile and review the Certifications area where active certifications and renewal status appear.
    3. Confirm the credential is not under another profile.
      • The contact email that receives the congratulations message is not always the same as the sign-in account for the Learn profile.
      • If the certification was earned or renewed under a different profile, it may appear there instead.
    4. If the certification still does not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
      • Missing or invisible certifications that do not show in the profile require support investigation.
      • Use the official support channel: Microsoft Credentials Support.
