I bought 'Minecraft: Java and Bedrock Edition Deluxe Collection' today on the Microsoft store on my Microsoft account. The order shows as approved and paid in my account's order history, but both minecraft.net and the Minecraft launcher still say 'buy now' for java and bedrock and will not let me install or play. I am signed into the launcher and minecraft.net with the same Microsoft account that shows the purchase. Please help link this purchase to my account so i can download and play the game. My gamertag is ION GHOST KILLR. Screen shot attached User's image

    Hi,
This is likely because you're signed in with a different account on the Xbox Store or Microsoft Store, since the purchase was made from your primary account.

Can you confirm the same for me?

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.

Since the order shows as completed in Order history, the purchase is attached to that Microsoft account. When Minecraft Launcher and minecraft.net still show Buy now, this is usually a license detection or Store sync issue.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Confirm the purchase account is the same one being used everywhere.
      • Stay signed in with the same Microsoft account in Microsoft Store, Minecraft Launcher, and minecraft.net.
    2. Check Microsoft Store directly for the entitlement.
      • Open Microsoft Store.
      • Go to Library.
      • Look for Minecraft and select Install if it appears there.
      • If it does not appear in Library, open Order history and select the product to open its Store page. If the button changed from Buy to Install, select Install.
    3. Reset the Microsoft Store cache.
      • Press Windows key + R.
      • Enter wsreset.exe and select OK.
      • Wait for the blank command window to close and for Microsoft Store to reopen.
      • Search for Minecraft again and check whether it now shows Install or Owned.
    4. Restart the PC.
      • If Windows was recently updated, restart before trying the install again.
    5. Check common Store conditions that can hide or block installation.
      • The app may not be available in the current country or region.
      • Family settings can hide apps.
      • The device may not be authorized for Microsoft Store apps.

If Microsoft Store still does not show Install/Owned after these steps, this likely needs a private entitlement check by support rather than a local fix. For Minecraft purchase/license issues, contact Minecraft Support.
