My microsoft account or minecraft/mojang account is lost and i seem to not be able to get it back

Question

Please help me, i lost access to my old E-Mail address a long time (about 5 Years ago, shortly after i lost access to most of my accounts because of 2FA or something like that) and i never really cared because i could get most my accounts back with the exception of minecraft, valorant and fortnite. And with losing my Minecraft Account i also lost access to my Hypixel Skyblock Profile which is the only reason i even care about it now. The last thing i still know is the old E-Mail address and password but im not sure if had the Account migrated to microsoft yet since it was originally a mojang account. I also could not find the purchase receipt if anything i probably bought it with a gift card or pay safe card the later i could still have but i have a lot of those so i am not sure which one it would have been. Best i have is a short Minecraft clip i am not even sure is my own where i am playing bed wars with my friends. I also don't know if i ever made a Xbox account i think i did but im not sure. I know i used Skype like years before but not sure if it was with the same e-mail address. I also don't think i ever used Outlook with the old E-Mail address. If anything i maybe still know security questions if answered them properly way back then. I since have a new phone number and only know the old one but don't have access to it and a new pc but i could probably still plug the old one in if that makes a difference. I never moved from the place i used to live so maybe location wise that helps? Is there any hope left? I just want my old Hypixel Skyblock Profile back and play that again since it seems like so much fun but i don#t want to start completely fresh since i think i had a bunch of stuff still on there, also a very nice island.
