This is a public forum, no one here can see or verify the debit card saved on your Microsoft account.
To make sure the new card is being used:
- Sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services and check which Microsoft 365 subscription is listed.
- Under the subscription, check "Manage" or the payment method to see which card is set for the next renewal.
To help narrow down the issue:
- Did you already add the new debit card to your Microsoft account?
- Does your Microsoft 365 subscription show "Recurring billing on"?
