I would like to know if someone can reverse the points transaction so I can redeem my points it GBP

    If you accidentally redeemed a Microsoft Rewards gift card in the wrong currency, the best option is to contact Microsoft Rewards Support as soon as possible and explain what happened.

    Once a reward has been redeemed, it may not be possible to reverse the points transaction or exchange the reward for a different currency. However, Rewards Support can check your redemption and let you know if anything can be done.
