I go to Microsoft rewards and click on redeem and want a text and it says phone redemption not available. WHY NOT? My phone will not let me download the Bing App. Not compatible. So why are you holding my reward hostage? by the way, the new rewards is really ugly

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you have encountered an issue when redeeming in Microsoft Rewards.

May I check and confirm on which specific phone you are using and when was the last time that you were able to use the Bing app on it?
