How to fix audio and game glitch.

I have been noticing a really annoying glitching during my gameplay and its usually only during my gameplay of valorant. So basically every few seconds the audio does an errrr kind of sound and also starts glitching out . I have tried everything to fix from updating my drivers, looking for memory fixes, etc.. I genuinely do not know. Here is a screenshot from latencymon though. pls help

    I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out.

    In addition to the audio troubleshooting already provided, disable all recording and overlay features, including AMD Radeon Overlay, Instant Replay and Record Desktop, Discord Overlay, Xbox Game Bar and background recording, Steam Overlay. Restart the computer and test Valorant.

    Restore the AMD graphics settings to their defaults. Temporarily remove any CPU or GPU overclock or undervolt as well. Installing the latest graphics card driver will help as well.
