Outlook account not receiving automated support emails from Discord (@discord.com)

Hello, I am experiencing an issue where my Outlook email address is not receiving automated ticket confirmation or reply emails from Discord Support. Here is what I have already checked on my end: - Checked Junk / Spam folders (the emails are not present). - Checked my Blocked Senders and Safe Senders lists. - Verified there are no sweep/inbox rules filtering or forwarding these emails. I am receiving other emails normally, but automated communications from Discord Support appear to be filtered or dropped at the server level before reaching my mailbox. Could this be a domain-level throttling or filtering issue on Microsoft's end, and how can it be resolved? Thank you.

If other mail arrives normally and only Discord automated messages are missing, the most likely causes supported here are:

    1. Check Outlook.com filtering paths again in the web settings:
      • Settings > Mail > Rules: confirm no rule matches Discord-related words or domains.
      • Settings > Mail > Forwarding: confirm forwarding is off, or that a copy is kept if forwarding is enabled.
      • Settings > Mail > Junk email: review both Blocked senders and Safe senders and domains.
      • Check the Other tab if Focused Inbox is enabled.
      • Search all folders, including Deleted Items, Archive, and Junk Email.
    2. Add the sending domain, not just individual addresses, to Safe senders if not already done. Context specifically notes that automated mail can still be filtered differently, and domain-based allow entries are often more reliable than a single sender address.
    3. Ask Discord Support to verify the delivery result for those messages:
      • whether the message was sent successfully
      • whether it bounced
      • whether it was suppressed
      • whether it was blocked or delayed on their side
    4. If the sender receives a bounce or non-delivery report, that points to a sender-side delivery or authentication problem rather than an Outlook.com inbox rule issue. In that case, the sender must correct their sending configuration.
    5. If Outlook.com self-checks do not help, use Outlook.com support from the Help menu and, if needed, the Still need help? flow.

The provided material does not support confirming a Microsoft domain-level throttling or server-side filtering issue for Discord specifically. It supports checking mailbox settings first, then having the sender confirm whether the messages are being rejected, suppressed, or never successfully delivered.
