Thank you in advance for sending me a new invoice. and please invoice the upcoming invoices in this name.

    Dear @Jenny027,

I understand that you want to change the name on an existing invoice from your personal name to your company name and that you want to change this for all future invoices.

I have to be honest and direct about your situation. Microsoft has a strict policy that invoices can't be changed or reissued after a purchase has been completed. The billing information is captured during checkout, and that document is considered final for legal and compliance reasons.

See this document: Change your Microsoft account name or address - Microsoft Support

To ensure that all future invoices are sent under your company name, please update your billing account information immediately:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Go to Billing > Billing accounts.
    3. Select your billing account, and then click Update Vendor or Edit in the Vendor section (note that only the billing account owner can change the account name).
    4. Change your company name and save the changes.

For your administrator, here's the official step-by-step guide: Change your organization's address, contact preferences, and technical contact in Microsoft 365...

Since this can't be changed, it's best to contact Microsoft Billing Support directly. They are the only team that can review your specific transaction. While they cannot send a new invoice, they can provide official documentation or a letter to support your refund request to your accounting department. Contact Microsoft Business Billing Support: Open a service request directly in the Administration Center by clicking the "Help & Support" button (headset icon) in the bottom right. Type "your issue" to get in touch with a billing agent who can manually cancel the second transaction.

I hope that this clarifies the policy and provides a solution.
