Unable to confirm your University ID

Tried redeeming Microsoft Azure 100$ worth from github student develoepr pack but errored into **Unable to confirm your University ID.

**Found some wierd thing in the form where the School name had no dropdown opening, or if its without dropdown and normla text field then after moving to next text field or any of the input field, the school name field would become empty on its own.
