MS Office not working after DELL reinstalled the OS

Microsoft Office was pre-installed and part of my purchase deal for the DELL Vostro Laptop. During a service call with DELL Support, they reinstalled the OS.

After that, I am unable to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Files are not saving to my computer's hard disk. Command appearing to save in OneDrive.

DELL service team advised to get in touch with you to restore the previous set up.

    Log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you find your Office licence linked to your account as a digital licence and are you able to reinstall the Office suite from there.

    If Office is not listed on your Microsoft account, open the Microsoft Store app on your PC and ensure you are logged in with your Microsoft account.

    Click Library on the left, do you find your Office suite listed there.
