Training: Instruction to develop new skills.
Hello @Zubeda Khanum (Capgemini) I hope you are doing well,
,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.
Since these are unexpected Azure charges and the portal indicates that the invoice is not eligible for an expedited refund, the next step is to request a manual billing review from Microsoft.
Please open Help + Support in the Azure portal and create a Billing support request. Include the invoice number (G176540100), the amount (£665), the affected subscription, and explain that the resources were provisioned accidentally for educational purposes and have since been removed. Follow this guide to open a ticket https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/2283753/billed-for-azure-backup-stopped-15-months-ago
You can also review the invoice and individual usage charges in Cost Management + Billing to identify exactly which resources generated the charges.
Please note that Microsoft Q&A cannot directly adjust or refund Azure invoices. The Billing Support team will need to review the circumstances and determine whether an adjustment or refund is possible.
