unable to fix camera, and microphone feature on PC

Microphone should be: Realtek (R) audio

Speaker should be: /HP Realtek (R) audio

How do we fix it to be the above?

    Go to Settings, System, Troubleshoot, Other troubleshooters. Click on "Run" next to Audio. Then, next to Camera. Let me know if it helps.
