Can anyone tell me what the error is? I keep having issues with my pc freezing but not sure why? Here are some mini dump files

What is your GPU model?

It's failing, and the minidump points to AMD.

Did you change any BIOS settings?

I did change the secure boot to windows but that is all I changed.

Its an 9060xt. I did sent it off to the manufacture and they told me everything was fine and now issues with it but who know if that was really true or not?

I recommend updating the BIOS and GPU drivers, as well as the chipset drivers.

Please note that while a BIOS update is recommended, it does carry risks. If the process is interrupted, your laptop might fail to boot. Therefore, if you lack experience with hardware and software, I suggest skipping this step, even though it is highly recommended.

To update the BIOS, you first need to disable BitLocker. To do this, open the Command Prompt (as administrator) and run the command: manage-bde -off C:. Wait for the decryption process to complete and then restart your computer.

After updating the BIOS, I recommend using DDU.

Note: DDU is a third-party application used to completely uninstall and reinstall GPU drivers.

After downloading, extract DDU to a folder.

Run the Display Driver Uninstaller.exe application, select the "Device type" tab, and choose "GPU". Select the option to uninstall for "All GPUs".

Click the first option, "Clean and restart," and wait for the process to complete.

After running DDU, open the Command Prompt (as administrator) and run the command:

net user administrator /active:yes

Once the operation is complete, use the AMD Cleanup Utility.

Upon restarting, log in to the local administrator account in Safe Mode and run the AMD Cleanup Utility again if it does not launch automatically. After the steps above, reset your BIOS settings and install the following drivers:
