I have complited microsoft 365 course..

Question

when i will get my microsoft bag & hoddies?
i have seen in social media that if I completed this courses i will get some hodddies and bags

Answer 1

Microsoft does not provide swag for completing learning courses or passing exams

Social media that you have seen is incorrect

Answer 2

Microsoft does not provide swag items such as bags or hoodies for completing Microsoft courses or passing certifications. If a trainer, facilitator, or social media post claimed that, that offer is not part of the standard Microsoft certification or training program.

For Microsoft Learn:

• Completing modules earns badges.
• Completing learning paths earns trophies.
• Certifications are earned only by passing the required exam.
• Instructor-led courses may provide an achievement code from the instructor for a course completion badge.

If the promise came from a training provider or course facilitator, that provider would need to handle it directly.
