I have an email sent on Tuesday 26th May 2026 saying my subscription was successfully renewed on Tuesday May 26, 2026 for the amount of $159.00 (AUST) - with an order number of (PII Removed) for Microsoft Personal. The renewal date is 25 May 2027. Why isn't it showing when I log into my account?

(PII Removed).

    Hello,

Please sign into your Microsoft account here: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2246882

Do you see it there? Have you tried every account you can think of? Looks like you may not be logging in with the right account.

If not, any chance it was purchased through third party and redeemed with Microsoft?

No there is nothing showing in my Order History and on all applications it is saying the app needs activating. I have found that I have a number of accounts under Microsoft: ******@outlook.com, ******@mail.com are a couple that were shown. I want to use this email: ******@bigpond.net.au to be the main one. I have had a Microsoft subscription for at least 6 years if not longer.

    Hi,

Does this happen when you log in to your MS 365 app or website?
May I ask if the following amount has been shown in your Order History?
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
Please also check that your subscription is already active.
    https://account.microsoft.com/services

Please make sure that you log in to your account where you have subscribed to your Microsoft 365 subscription.

I look forward to your response.

    Stay Safe!
