My tenant is blocked and I cannot receive emails

I have been locked out of my Outlook account for 1 month. I have spoken with Ionos several times and apparently I have to speak woth Microsoft to get the tenant lifted so they can do what they need to do their end.

I have been trying to contact Microsoft for weeks. You either cut me off or send me to AI which doesn't understand anything and then say, Glad we helped and cuts me off. Nothing has helped. Once I actually got through to a human who took all thje details, put me on hold and then cut me off. I need this sorting. Why is it so difficult?

Can you help>

    Hi @Oliver Martin

Regarding your issue, may I kindly ask a few questions to help understand it better:

    • I saw that you posted your question under the Business category so to better support you, would you mind letting me know is this account a personal Microsoft account (e.g., account.microsoft.com) or a work/school account (e.g., myaccount.microsoft.com) provided by an organization?
    • Which Microsoft 365 subscription are you using, such as Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, or Microsoft 365 Apps for business?
    • How was the support ticket submitted to Microsoft, and who submitted it?
    • What is the exact sign-in error message?
    • Are other users in your organization experiencing the same issue?
    • What exact wording did IONOS use when they said the tenant needs to be “lifted”?

Please note that this is a user-to-user community forum and not Microsoft Support. Community members and moderators cannot access your account, tenant, or support cases, and we cannot remove restrictions. However, I can help you narrow down the issue and identify the appropriate support route.

Hope to hear back from you soon.
