I just installed excel on my Mac and I can't edit any work book. what do I do. I have the subscription

    Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you are unable to edit documents and you have a Microsoft 365 subscription.

    Have you logged into Excel or Word using the correct account that has the subscription?

    You can also double check it via account.microsoft.com/services if the subscription is reflecting from there.
