Mouse reconnecting and disconnecting with a "beepp" sound

Question

1. The mouse stays in a static position and can't be moved.
2. The mouse seems to work fine until it suddenly disconnects and reconnects on its own, making a beeping sound each time it happens, until it finally disconnects and a system notification pops up. I have to unplug the cable and plug it back in manually for the cursor to appear again.

Both problems usually happen for a couple of seconds and then go back to normal.
I've tried changing the USB port of the cable several times, but nothing works. It's very stressful. 😞

Hi,

Have you tried testing with another mouse to see if the problem persists? It could be an issue with the mouse itself causing the failure.

When the sound occurs, is the mouse the only thing that stops working?
