    Hi!

    1. What error do you receive when trying to log in to Outlook?
    2. Is this the first time you are trying to connect your email account to Outlook, or was it working and then suddenly stopped?
    3. Is your email from your custom domain (@yourname.com, @companyname.com), Microsoft (@outlook.com or @hotmail.com), Google (@gmail.com), or a third-party domain?
    4. Have you tried logging in using a different browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome?

Try these steps on the computer:

    1. Close Outlook completely.
    2. Reset the Outlook navigation pane:
      • Press Windows key + R.
      • Type Outlook.exe /resetnavpane
      • Select OK.
      • This removes navigation pane customizations that can prevent Outlook from opening.
    3. If Outlook.com works on the phone but not on the computer, check whether the issue is only on that device. Removing the partnership between the device and the mailbox can often fix sync issues.
    4. If the account password was changed recently, update the password on the computer. If the account may be blocked because of unusual sign-in activity, use the Microsoft account sign-in helper.
    5. If the problem is specifically with signing in to the account, use the Microsoft account sign-in helper to identify account issues.
    6. If Outlook is an older version, it may be out of support.
