    Hi!

If you have recently installed and set up Outlook with your Yahoo account, you need to check if IMAP is enabled in Yahoo Mail.

    https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN4075.html

If you have been using it for some time, it may be an expired token issue. Reconnect your Outlook account.

    1. Click File > Account Information > Click Manage next to your email account. (If you have more than one, remove them all) > Remove at the end of the option.
    2. Restart your computer > Open Outlook.
    3. First, try logging in using OAuth (by clicking the Yahoo icon and logging in via the browser). You should use app passwords instead of your regular password, as recommended by Yahoo:

    https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN15241.html

    • If the problem persists, disconnect your account again and try logging in to your Yahoo Mail via IMAP (follow the instructions in the first link I sent). To log in via IMAP, click Set up my account manually.
