Minecraft says I already linked my microsoft account to an existing PlayStation Network account

I just got a new play station 4 and decided to get Minecraft. When logging into my existing Microsoft account (the one I use daily) it said that it was already connected to an existing account and would not let me use my Microsoft account. I know that I haven't connected another PlayStation account because this is the only one I have and it uses the exact same email and phone number. I was wondering if there was a way to find the email or PlayStation account that is currently connected to my Microsoft account because there is in game purchases on the existing account that wouldn't be able to use on my existing PlayStation.

    Welcome kobeS,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

Unfortunately, once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation Network (PSN) account in Minecraft, that association cannot be transferred to a different Microsoft account.

If you would like to use a different Microsoft account, you will need to sign in with a different PSN account instead.

For further assistance with Minecraft account linking or purchase-related issues, please contact Minecraft Support directly:

    Thank you for your understanding.
