Why can't the Support Team help me with my questions on my account?

I have had to make several tickets for one question. 4 of them were closed before I could even talk to them.

1 of them I could barely speak to them before they closed it, someone named Leslie Rose. She or they did not allow me time to read what she told me to help with my issue and refused to listen to me.

Is this honestly the Support I can expect from Microsoft?
I'm just trying to get my account of 17 years back, which I have proof of owning. Yet the entire team is against me here.

Is there someone else other than Support I can speak to directly without being given automated messages?

If the email address, password and recovery information have all been changed, I'm very sorry to tell you that you will never recover your account. It's gone.

Instead, you need to think about all the information in that account that is now in someone else's hands and how that can be abused, and take steps to protect your identity.
