Loading new Version 2021

I purchased Outlook, Word , Powerpont and Excel 2021, but once download it say 2013 ? And my original load was 2010. Not getting all features and gave the store different email 1stXXXXXrealeXXXXXX@Stuff .com? I really need to get this working?

    To help you, I would confirm some information as following:

    • Please take a screenshot to show the "2013" that you describe in post.
      If you have installed it, you could also go to one Office app > File > Account > Product Information, check the verison name.
    • Is the account which uses gmail address yours (As Q&A forum is a public place, to protect your privacy, I have modified this email address)?
      Generally, if you have a new purchase of Office, you would go to www.office.com/setup or Microsoft365.com/setup, then use a Microsoft account to redeem it, that use a Microsoft account to bind with Office license.
    • Where did you download your Office?
      After finishing the step above, it's recommended to use your Microsoft account to sign in to account.microsoft.com to downlad installation package and install your Office product.
      Please note, before installing new version, you need to uninstall previous one completely.
