Hello RR
Thank you for reaching out and I understand that getting the error message must be very frustrating, before we proceed may I ask:
- Did the error message shows up on your Microsoft 365 Copilot app or the standalone Copilot app?
- Which device are you currently use with Copilot? (Windows, Mac,..)
- What subscription do you currently have?
- Is your account a personal or work/school account?
Please do take your time and review the question, in the meantime, please try:
- Repair/reset the app:
- In case you're using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Open Windows settings (Windows +I) > Apps > Installed apps > search 365 Copilot > click the three-dot > advanced options > scroll down and click Repair, if the issue persists, click Reset then run Copilot again.
- If you're using the Copilot standalone app, do the same steps as above but once located Copilot > click Three-dot > Modify > Repair then run Copilot once more to test.
- Update license:
- Please do follow steps in here in case you're currently subscribe to an Office 365 subscription: Updated license in Microsoft 365 apps
- Test with the web version:
- Please try Copilot on the web to see if the issue still persists
Do try those steps and let me know if there's any update.
Best regards.
