Stuck in Engage Center loop for Certification Legal Name Change

Hello, I am trying to request a legal name change for my certification profile so I can take my exam. Every time I try to access the Microsoft Credentials Support form, I am blocked by an Engage Center redirect loop that says I don't have workspace permissions. My Microsoft Learn username is ******@outlook.com. Could a forum moderator please private message me so I can securely provide my new legal name and identity verification? Thank you

I have tried incognito window/different browser. Still facing the same issue. I need to update details on specific email address? Shall I create a new microsoft account to raise this issue?

Thanks for the kind response. I have seen your responses in other similar queries. I have tried all of them and I still get the same page with Engage Center No Access page. I am not able to create an account in Engage Center Hub as well as it asks me to login using microsoft account and when I use my credentials it again puts me to Engagement Centre No Access page. I am happy to raise issue in Credentials Support but I am not able to get to that page. All different ways takes my back to Engage Center No Access Page.

This is a community forum not support.

Try https://aka.ms/credentials-support which takes you to the Engage Center Hub, the location for certification support.

I sometimes find that I need to use https://aka.ms/credentials-support twice.

If you do not see Microsoft Credentials selected against Product, create an account on the Engage Center Hub and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentials-support again.

If you see the message "You are currently logged in as a guested personal account, which may result in access issues on Engage Center." then click on "Sign in to Microsoft's tenant for Personal Users", select "Login to Engage Center", and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentials-support again.

Try a different email address if that doesn't work
